Strawberries are everywhere these days thanks to lots of rain and summer heat. They are sooooo good for you and this years crop are fat and sweet. This is a simple but elegant dessert that you can whip up in a jiffy. Enjoy your berries!



Chocolate Covered Strawberries.




Ingredients
   4 squares of unsweetened bakers chocolate
   30 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
   ¼ cup heavy whipping cream
   ½ cup unsweetened coconut
   ½ cup ground walnuts
   1  quart container of strawberries
Directions
1.   Clean strawberries and dry completely.
2.   In a double boiler over medium heat melt 4 squares of unsweetened bakers chocolate.
3.   Add Zero Sweetener to chocolate, mix well.
4.   Add ¼ cup heavy whipping cream, mix well.
5.   Line a cookie sheet with wax paper.
6.   Spread unsweetened coconut and ground nuts out onto separate plates.
7.   Stick small fork into end of a strawberry and dip into the chocolate.
8.   Hold it over chocolate and roll it on fork till it stops dripping.
9.   Take strawberry with chocolate covering and roll in coconut or ground walnuts.
10.   Slide off fork onto wax paper.
11.   Repeat until all strawberries are done.
12.   Put in fridge uncovered to harden chocolate for one hour.

Am making these today! The strawberries in the store are beautiful right now ;)
