i'm no losing

Hi my name is Esther im 300pounds this is my one month in the fts the first 2 weeks i lost 10pounds and then the scale stop moving,i eat 1gg crisp bread plus 1 egg plus 100g of spinach with cheese in the morning.I eat the pumkin bread in the afternoon then in the evening i eat chicken breaded with pork rinds and half a packet of shirataki nuddles and 100gof the aproved vegetable.i want to know if any body went through the same problem so early in the program.i dont know what to do next.

There could be a number of things happening that could cause that.
But first, let's look at what you eat and drink, every day.

Please provide a complete meal plan of EVERYTHING you eat each day.

Post your daily food intake (meal plans) here:

We'll look at it and see if carbs (or volume) are causing you problems.

You can do the dairy of what you eat daily Esther and post it to see what's going on so we can help you as tony suggested.

Esther Jay is correct.Post your meals (everything that crosses your lips) on the meal plan board and we will help.What usually messes people up is splenda and condiments.Every  yellow packet of splenda is 1 carb.When you only get 20 carbs per day thats alot.You also need to check serving sizes on condiments and measure them.If I can help you anymore please ask.We want to help you succeed! :)
