I'm 6-7 and was at 282 lbs a year ago. Just bought waist 34 jeans and love my new skinny self, people say I look 10 years younger and some think i have had a facelift. I eat a lot less, no nervous eating. There is a lot of great natural food that is nutritious out there. I stay out of restaurantslp , if I don't know where my food is coming from, I don't eat it. I shop at farmers markets a lot, gotten to know some of the farmers and buy their produce.
If I can help you, post me back
I'm skinny and I ain't going back

It is what you eat!. I lost the weight by  going vegetarian and still eat that way. The word diet has no pllace in my lexicon beccause it sounds so temporary. I have an eating plan that I will have all my life.
I love being skinny and I believe we all have an internal skinnny person inside we need to find and embrace
