Susie, I plan to buy a whisk and some heavy whipping cream this weekend.
I lost 2 more pounds, so now I'm down to 227lbs, yippee! I got the Sugar Free Bakery e-book, so within the next few days - I hope to bake some yummy FTS cakes. I desire to be more versatile with my foods. I've also been trying to eat more veggies too.
OK, here is my food for today.
(1.) Chicken w/o bone or skin and SF BBQ (0 carbs)
(2.) 3oz of Pork rinds (0 carbs)
(3.) 3 egg omelet w 1/4 cup of onion green and red pepper mixture w pepper jack cheese and spinage (8 carbs)
(4.) Fried shrimp w green beans (8 carbs)
(5.) SF candy (3 carbs)
I've noticed that I'm also getting up earlier in the morning easier, and my sleep is improving. I'm excited to see and feel what happens next. Thank you everyone for your encouragement! It helps to keep me going.
