This can be very simple. Start with a dozen eggs hard boiled and left in the fridge. Have the deli slice off a couple 1/2 inch thick slabs of ham and cut them into fingers. Pick up strawberries and heavy whipping cream for a nice fruit cup coated in cream. Buy some "Smaps" cereal made from soy and some unsweetened almond milk...very filling cereal-

Ingredients
2 cups Golden Flaxseed flour
2 eggs (2 net carbs)
24 drops FAT TO SKINNY Zero Sweetener
¼ cup heavy whipping cream
2 tablespoons of vanilla
2 teaspoons Baking powder
½ to ¾ cup of water(depending on how thick you want them)
1/4 cup Blackberries (4 net carbs)
1/8th cup Blueberries (2.5 net carbs)
4 slices Spam Lite (4 net carbs)
2 tablespoons butter
1/4 cup sugar free blueberry syrup
Directions
1. Beat eggs till frothy.
2. Add rest of ingredients to bowl EXCEPT water and berries and beat well.
3. Slowly add water while mixer is going until you get desired thickness. (I like ¾ cup.)
4. Heat up griddle over medium high heat and grease with 2 tablespoons butter.
5. Gently fold in the berries reserving some for garnish.
6. Use ¼ cup of batter per pancake on your griddle.
7. Cook until edges are brown and center is bubbly then FLIP! Cook other side until golden brown.
8. Find room on the griddle to brown both sides of the SPAM Lite while the pancakes are cooking.
9. Plate the cakes and spam and serve with sugar free maple syrup
Here's another good recipe that can be made days in advance and left in the fridge for a quick microwave heat up;
Spinach Pepperoni Egg Muffins
Servings- 4
Ingredients
8 eggs (8 net carbs)
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup chopped previously frozen spinach thawed to room temp and drained well (2 net carbs)
1/2 cup chopped pepperoni
Butter flavored non stick cooking spray
Directions
1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
2. Beat your eggs with a stand or hand mixer.
3. Squeeze all the water you can out of the spinach by placing it in a clean dish towel and twisting.
4. Using a fork mix all the ingredients into the egg mixture.
5. Spray your large muffin, muffin pan well with cooking spray.
6. Give the mixture a good stir and put equal amounts of batter into 8 muffin compartments.
7. Bake for 35 minutes or until the muffins are puffy in the middle and firm to the touch.
8. Remove from oven, wait 3 or 4 minutes then scoop out with a spoon, serve immediately.
