SUSHI !!!!

ok I have a challenge for you...sushi!!!  My husband and I love sushi and I have been craving it.  What can I use instead of rice...cauliflower?

To roll up in the Nori seaweed with the fish, you can use cream cheese instead of rice izzet.You can flavor the cream cheese too with wasabi or green onions too or any flavor you like.

I checked on carbs in seaweed and for some reason dried seaweed it very high and soaked is very low...I'll have to see if I can find some at one of the grocery stores...that should be an interesting excursion. lol
