Cauli Mash
« on: January 07, 2014, 07:29:03 PM »
I'm getting ready to make some cauli mash. This is the first time to make it. I don't have a food processor but I do have a blender. Does it make any difference? I know I won't get a response before I make it but would still like your input. I'm also going to try the fried chicken with pork rinds as my coating and some green beans. Sounds like a good meal, I just hope I like it.

Hi Pam how did your meal turn out? I'm sure the caulimash was a bit lumpy :) hard to do it in a blender. An old fashion hand held potato masher would probably do a better job.

I hate caulimash if its not in a food processor too lumpy ;) I would rather have it roasted.Caulimash is really good with feta, cream cheese and cheddar added too.I had a leftover cheese ball and was making caulimash for a dinner party.I like it cheesy but didnt have enough cheese so I just chunked in the cheeseball in the food processor with the caulimash. It was a hit!
