Packed the scale so no update...
But the dentist noticed a change.  I also spoke to him about the increased sensitivity of my teeth.  He thought is was just a reaction to the diet change and that it would abate over time.  I have noticed it less, but I am also taking (when I remember) a calcium supplement.  Anyone else get sensitive teeth?  Maybe because I used to drink A LOT of milk daily?

Hi all!  Long time no chat... Well, we are moved in, but still unpacking.  I have had to focus on the yard before the blackberries and poison oak take over everything.  Luckily (or not) my wife has found the bathroom box containing the scale...281.1  :-\

Up 3.3lb since my last report (4/8) and with all that's gone on since then (and my crappy eating) I am really surprised it's not more.  Although, I don't feel like I have gained anything and continue to notice that clothes keep getting bigger?

With the new house/baby settling in a bit, things should get back on track.

Welcome back, FrogPond! :) :) :)

I agree with Umpa!

Sounds like all the exercise (work) involved in moving may have built some muscle.
As you recall, muscle is denser and therefore weighs more than fat.
That explains why your clothes are fitting looser even though the scale is up 3.3.
This is why we constantly remind folks to constantly take measurements.

Bottom line... Sounds like your doing great, given the "crappy eating! :)
So if you get back on plan now, the scale will start moving down again soon.
