I'm still perfecting the flax seed recipe, but here's the almond one.
Crust
1 tbsp almond flour(my daughter, Mary, likes hers with 2 tbsp)
1 tbsp Parmesan cheese
1 tsp oil
1 large egg
Preheat oven to 425
Mix all thoroughly. In a non stick pan cook batter like pancake, both sides until lightly browned. Place from pan to a cookie sheet for more than 1 pizza or pie pan for 1 pizza.
Top with sauce, veggies, meat. top with mozzarella cheese, then Parmesan and lastly garlic powder.
Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Cut into 4 pieces. Carb counts depend on your toppings.
Pizzas I've made:
Pepperoni, sliced olives, onions, mushroom.
Walmart great value Alfredo sauce, chicken, broccoli.
Ham, very little fresh pineapple(we are maintenance), a few cashews.
(If you want to try these, please look up your own carb count)
I made 8 pepperoni pizzas and froze them on a cookie sheet for a couple hours, then transferred to freezer container. Mary prefers to have them fully cooked, then froze so she can pop them in the microwave. She says they taste good that way.
