Umpa, from what I have read of CO Q-10, it sounds like everyone should be taking.  What is your take on this supplement.

Everyone should take it! :D Every cell in your body uses it and you cant get enough from food. ;)

I am taking 100mg a day in the morning.  Should I up the mg?

There's been no daily minimum set.
I take 300mg a day. I use Costco's Kirkland brand.

According to WebMD, if you're taking blood thinners or thyroid medications,
you should check with your doctor first.

thanks tony.  Not taking blood thinners or thyroid meds.  I am taking diaretic and beta blockers.  I hear CO Q-10 is good for people with blood pressure issues.  Mine isn't too bad, so I think I may be safe taking.
