Carb cycling
« on: February 16, 2014, 07:52:36 AM »
Anyone on the east coast see on NBC news this morning how " carb cycling " is making people drop weight and they have never felt better ? I was like duh !!!! Of course you do lol . They do two extreme low carb days , one "medium day" one high carb day and repeat along with a fitness plan . Even though it's not what we do exactly , at least people are starting to catch on 😁

Today is one week and I had a great miserable first week lol ! I am getting on the scale as soon as I give little miss Juliana her bath. My how time has change instead of weighing myself every single day my priorities have shifted to a cute little girl :) I think this will be good for me not obsessing over the scale . You know how the tripped me up last year . Will report back with my weigh in . Thank for asking umpa it really means a lot

Hi, Stephanie! :)

Another blessing you're receiving from your daughter is using up that mental energy
normally used to "over think" things.

Between that and getting decent rest, your go with FTS this time should be a breeze! ;)

Tony
What you do today is what matters!

It sure is a blessing in disguise Tony! I don't have time to worry about all the little things like before and having less stress and pressure about losing this weight is def gojng to make it so easy
