My take on the protein pancake
« on: February 24, 2014, 12:30:26 PM »
2 Tbs Isopure Vanilla Zero Carb protein powder

1 Tbs Flaxseed Meal

1 egg

1 Tbs melted coconut oil

1/2 tsp baking powder

Couple drops Zero FTS, to taste

Pinch salt if desired

Directions:  Mix all together and pan fry as you would a traditional pancake.  If I'm really hungry I top hot pancake with warmed p'butter and use Walden's SF Pancake Syrup.  Sometimes I like SF blueberry syrup or a splash of Monin SF Blackberry Syrup for a different flavor.

Hopefully I didn't forget anything!

Oh boy I forgot about crepes.  Where's a shortcut to find the recipe(s) and meal ideas?  Can't wait!  Thanks!
