Apricots?

I have an awesome recipe, 'criss-cross jelly cookies' but of course it is very high carb.  It calls for a jar of apricot preserves.  Is there such a thing as a low carb substitute for apricot preserves?

Hi, Shoelace! :)

Fifty50 low glycemic spreads are SO good!

One TBSP has 3 carbs (2 of which are sugar alcohols).
When needed in some recipes, I add a couple drops FTS Zero to sweeten even more.

That would work great.  If I ever perfect the recipe, I'll post it.
