Cereal

I absolutely love cereal and when I have a low blood sugar that's what I always eat. Is there anything I can eat like this or replace cereal with?

You bet.... Did you know I had a product guide available? 200 pages of wonderful low sugar low carb replacement products. You'll find it at http://www.shop.fattoskinny.com Here's one of the products my wife loves and I recommend in the book;

Smaps™ Cold Cereal - 10 oz. Package,  Item #230710U   2 net carbs per serving

This cereal is soy based, crunchy, has a maple flavor and will remind you of a very crunchy rice krispies.  You can buy it here- http://www.dixiediner.com/

Remember, milk is loaded with sugar so when you eat this use unsweetened almond milk made by Diamond and available at most grocery stores.

Cheap food makes you FAT :) I find a bag of that cereal lasts a couple weeks because it's not eaten every day.
