Why are we healthier, thinner, have more energy, will live longer lives? Because we now eat low sugar, low carb fresh foods. While visiting Chinatown in NYC last week I couldn't hep but marvel at this wonderful market :)

Yes, it agree, we have not had any canned produce except tomato sauce in years.

 Fresh food is awesome :) Proccessed foods are what made alot of people fat.Think about your plate as a kid.My mom always started with a salad,then we had a meat,and 2 fresh vegtables.And if we ate all our dinner(because the children in Biafra were starving :D ) we got a small dessert. Chips ,cereals ,prepackaged convenience foods have fattened up this country.It took me a long time to learn that.
