Right off I'd think this wouldn't be low carb for a recipe since it's 3 net carbs for only 2 TBLs and has 1g of sugar.  That would really add up if you needed 1-1/2 cups for a recipe.

I'd see what Doug and Umpa have to say.
Peace and blessings,

Is there another option to pork rinds or almond flour?  I just found almond flour in my local grocery store - its $14.99!!!!!!  OMG and if it has a limited shelf life....that's pretty expensive!

I keep my flours in the freezer.  I don't think I paid that much for the almond flour at Whole Foods.

Sorry toddy, didn't realize.  I have to order some of my items online and it can get expensive.  I don't use a lot of the flours, that's why I keep them in the freezer.  I find that when I make baked goodies we eat too many of them so they are only occasionally.  We eat  a lot of blackberries(frozen) cream and stevia for dessert.  Hope you find some good sources close to home ;)
