Coconut Oil is Amazing!!!

I've increased coconut oil in my coffee and cooking and guess what? My thighs and tummy reduced 1 size and so did Mary's. She was getting close to a size 5, now her size 3's and 4's fit again. I'm wearing size 6 now!!

Coconut oil IS amazing!

It does so much good for our bodies.
I make sure I have some everyday.

Adding coconut oil to my coffee and tea really helps keep my appetite from going sky high. I drank my coffee black this morning and was starving. I made a nice chicken & cabbage stir-fry in coconut oil. Was still hungry and ate more. An hour later I made hot tea and added coconut oil to it. I felt so much better.

My face has thinned out too. I cut my own bangs on Veteran's Day, LOL

I've tried various brands of regular and organic coconut oil.
There seems to be no real difference.

So like Susie, I buy AmyLou brand at Walmart.
It's the cheapest I've found in stores or online.

Same here    You might keep your eyes open though.  You would be surprised where you might find it.  One of our local feed stores has it fairly inexpensive.  I was even surprised to see that they carry some nut flours as well.  I live in a fairly small town so to find these items in a place like that.  Very surprising.  Haha
