Been feeling really down lately

So sorry you have been feeling down.  We are here to lean on    We've all been there a time or two...

We've had so many ups and downs here. Counting my blessings on my fingers:

1. I'm healthy on low carb/ high fat and loving coconut oil
2. I've got a wonderful Fat To Skinny (FTS) family here
3. Even though the power is out in my kitchen, my fridge is plugged into my bedroom and I still can cook.
4. I have a wonderful teenager who will be driving me everywhere now. Been teaching her and now she can drive me around town.
5. My faith keeps me going

That's 5 and I have only one hand and that's another blessing, I only have to count 5, hahahahaha.

The Lord will never allow more hardship than we are capable of handling.
I've found that hardship, although unpleasant, builds strength of character, conviction, and faith.
It builds "unseen" muscles.

So rejoice in your times of challenge.
Because when they pass (and they will), you will be that much better.

Thank you all for your kind and beautiful words. You are all so wonderful and I'm so glad I found this forum. Sometimes I think you just need a little help with putting things into perspective. Today I got on the scale and I'm down 6 lbs in 2 weeks. Again, I believe I could have done better, but I'm not going to let it bring me down. Just keep moving forward.
