Hi Gary, I finally arrived back home and have watched your video. I find it heartfelt, honest and giving. I'm asked all the time how I keep up the FAT TO SKINNY pace and my answer is always the same,

"If you had a cure for cancer could you keep it to yourself ?" "I have the cure for obesity and sugar diabetes and I CAN"T keep it to myself!"

I know how you feel man and I'm proud to see you "paying this forward"

I really like this video you posted back in 2010 Gary. I gave link to friend of mine who lives in Colorado and really needs support. We both have been trying to lose weight for 3 years. I went low carb in December 2011 and have not stopped. My friend has not had my success yet, even though she is the one who was motivating me from the start. I'm encouraging her to join the FTS forum.

Hi suz..many times people try low carb and fail simply bedcause they don't really understand where all the hidden carbs are...carrots for example or parsnips...peas...hard beans etc... it's not just about getting rid of white ;-)

Hi, Susie! :)

I too, really hope she does! :) :) :) :)
We will help her in any way we can!

Those things that we don't think about like condiments (e.g. ketchup), can cause "carb creep".
Carb creep can, and will stop weight loss progress cold!
Many folks never even thought about this until they read it here!

She struggles with friends who know she has high blood sugar but still continue to try to coerce her into eating fries and  sweets.
