Hello Annebrown, welcome to the family!.........One step at a time :)

Step #1- Eat a good low carb meal so you're full, pick any recipe from the book to achieve this.

Step #2- Clean out your cabinets and fridge of all carbs load foods and get rid of all of it. ( Food pantrys are a good option )

Step #3- Go shopping for the ingredients shown to you in the book. Protein sources and low carb veggies from the list, strawberries, butter, cream, sour cream, etc...

Step #4- Time for another low carb meal.

You are now on your way!

Welcome to the FTS family, Anne!!! :) :) :) :) :) :)

One of the coolest things about FTS is that it is not a cookie-cutter weight loss plan.
Doug designed it to be simple and very flexible to fit any lifestyle or ambition to cook.

Doug's advice describes a perfect start for any newbie!
Once you get the ball rolling, living the FTS lifestyle will become second nature to you.

And if you ever need any support, we're here to help you.
