Time For A New Beginning Y'all

Hey y'all. I'm sorry for the absence! I'm not going to lie, it's been a struggle! But, I am on day TWO of starting over, yet again. And to be perfectly honest. Now I know exactally how a junkie feels! Omg...I have to do something though. Not working anymore and not sticking to the plan has left me feeling sluggish and of course gained more weight. I am ashamed of not only in how I look, but in the fact that I know what to do!
But it's a new day! All isn't lost. I just have to put on my big girl pants(haha)& do it!
Day two and I already have the shakes!

We are carb addicts... junkies to carbs, if you will.
So don't allow discouragement to creep in.
It often takes multiple attempts before complete success is achieved.

No matter how many times we slip & fall, as long as we keep getting back up, we'll win!

Yeah, Umpa, I am stubborn:) and you are right...water does make you full, lol...but dang these withdraws! I feel like someone hit me in the gut! I just feel blah....but I'm making it! LoL...doing it this time! We did get an excersize bike to help it along:) already lost 3 pounds! Not much, but better than gaining it!  And yes you both are right on all accounts! If you follow the plan, you will loose the weight! I'm goin for broke!:)

Of course Umpa! He's lost about 10 pounds so far! And you know I just couldn't let him pass me up! LoL... I got a ways to go to catch up with him, but hey, it's progress! *Happy Friday!*
