Affraid I'm already stalling out?
« on: May 03, 2015, 09:44:50 AM »
Hey guys! Got on the scale this morning and I lost me another pound?! Went from 216 to 210! Within a week. But I have a feeling I'm about to stall out! How do I fix this?! I've been on the excersize bike for 20min. Once a day. Help!😆

Hi, Stephanie! :)

The first week or two we almost always see rapid loss.
Then progress slows to a "normal" rate for whatever's normal for you.

But don't be concerned about something that may or may not happen.
As long as your losing, with an occasional short plateau, you're on track.

This is NOT a race!!!
This is a lifestyle change that will over time make you healthier and lose weight as a bonus.

If and when you hit a prolonged plateau of 3 or more weeks,
contact us for help and we'll do what we can to help you. :)

Tony
