Do you workout?

Just curious on how many of you work out...walk,weight train etc?
Dec 2005- Lapband - 323 lbs... Got down to 267 lbs... Over the years regained weight.

I take a 5-mile walk most mornings very early to start my day.
When I don't get the walk, I miss it.

Joe,

I got a FitBit earlier this summer, for my birthday.  I use it to track my steps.  I set a goal of 10,000 steps per day.  I don't always make it, especially when I spend most of the day sitting at a desk, but it gives me something to shoot for.  It is exciting when I do reach my goal, it buzzes and lights up.  A little celebration.  I can also use it to challenge friends (who can do the most steps in a day or who can reach the goal the most times in a week - things like that).  It makes it more fun and keeps me more accountable than not having it.

I run on the treadmill for a hour 4 times a week not for weight loss but for my menopause :)

i also have a FitBit - love that thing - and I walk to Leslie Sansone's walk DVDs.  I love being able to walk and exercise right in my home.

me too. When I got a gym membership I really didnt use it but having my own gym I use it all the time. :)
