Hi Susie,  I'm sure you'll track down what's happening eventually.   ;)

From what I've read it's age related, hormones & heredity. Staying away from sugar alcohols helped my blood sugar. Staying away from cheese keeps the sodium down.

There really is no positive in growing older is there?  Though the alternative (other than staying young forever) is not the greatest either.

Getting old is NOT for sissies!
But like you said Morgan, it beats the alternative.

BTW, if you find "The Fountain of Youth", please share.
If I ever do, I will. :)

Do you think immortality would get boring Tony?

Hi, Morgan! :)

Seriously, I do.

I believe there is a far better place that awaits me afterword.
It has no pain, no sickness, and no worries.
What awaits is joy, peace, and happiness with my loved ones that passed on before me, forever.

It's good to have faith.

It certainly is, Morgan. It's a blessed assurance.
Although I love being alive, it's wonderful to know that there's something far better to come.
With this faith, I can live life fearlessly.

I learned so much watching the Truth About Cancer and the Food Revolution.
Switching over to organic as much as I can afford to.
A Summary of the Food Revolution Summit:  https://youtu.be/bv2-HDUnurc

A good movie about what has happened to our food all over the world.

Thanks for sharing, Susie! :)

Grocery store fresh foods (meat, fish, produce, etc.) can be rather unhealthy.
It's a good idea to look into the sourcing for our local grocers.

The Fred Meyer (Kroger) that I shop at buy local when possible and tries to avoid sources that have been known to use things that are known health dangers.

We should all ask.

The thing being is that foods are held in storage or outsourced (imported) out of season.  We should really try to eat the things that are in season wherever we may be.  Preferably grow what we need or go to farmers' markets.
