Hi, Alex! :)

Nice to hear from you! :) :) :)

I have been doing very well, thanks for asking. :)
I hope your continued FTS journey is still going well for you, as it is for me.

I haven't heard from Doug and Umpa in a while.
But as long as they keep this website and forum up and running, I will help others that need it when they ask.

It would be nice if more of our FTS family would chime in now and then.
It's far more quiet than in days past. I really enjoy helping others get healthy.

All the best to you and yours, Alex!

Hello there!!
I am still here. Still struggling financially, but I am doing my best to eat low carb. I ate 3 eggs scrambled with 2 tbsp cream and little stevia extract. Fried turkey bacon in coconut oil. It's my high fat low carb breakfast.

Hi, Susie! :)

That is a simple and wonderful breakfast.
I usually keep mine simple, too. Except on most Sundays.

Hi Morgan, Mary's 18 now and working to support us. We rescued kittens again. They were two weeks old when we rescued them. Now they are 5 Weeks old and playful, eating soft food and so lovable.

Hi, ShihTzuMom1! :)

It's nice to hear from you, too.

I've been checking in most every day to see if anyone has any questions or needs support.
FTS saved my life. I want to help others do the same.

Hi, ShihTzuMom1! :)

Doug and Umpa have been dealing with care for elderly parents.
This has been very demanding on them and has taken up most of their time the last year or so.

Going forward, I expect we'll hear more from them from time to time.

Here  8) Hi all, time has been extremely hard to capture. All is well. Umpa and I had a tough 18 months with deaths in the family, lost both my parents.

We haven't forgotten any of you guys and appreciate your friendship. Thanks Tony for being a cornerstone in the foundation :)  Life is settling down now. FTS re-focus is in the short future.

Keep it rocking, talk to you all soon.

Hi, Doug! :)

You have my sincere and deepest condolences for the loss of your parents.
It's tough to lose family. I lost both my parents, and still miss them to this day.
But we forge on because life still goes on for those of us left behind.

Checking in here almost daily and helping folks is something I love doing.
So you are more than welcome for my assist during your absence.

Looking forward to hearing more from you guys in 2018! :) :) :)
