@katary...Wow Nyquil and Benedryl..you are brave. It doesn't make you feel hung over the next day.

@larco...Congrats on more weight lost! Definitely try the sugar free jello and reddiwhip...just check the carbs. It use to be none and now there's one.

Thanks Sherripie! I had cauliflower for dinner and now remember why I dislike it....nasty stuff....was a good girl and ate it all.

larco, have you tried the mock mashed potatoes made with cauliflower?  pretty good and makes a great shepherd's pie! recipe is in Doug's cookbook.

I have only 20 lbs to lose, many times over!! LOL.  But putting it in 20 pound increments gives me mini goals.  I have a 1/2 way mark goal but I need some suggestions for 'indulgences' for each 20 pound goal achieved.  I have so much to lose that If I don't have these small goal treats I get discouraged... I tend to look too much at the huge amount I need to lose.  So suggestions anyone?

I have not (knowingly) had any sugar since before Memorial Day weekend.  That is a major accomplishment for me.  Any weight that comes off is a bonus.  I'm just glad to beat that addiction.  :)

Well, thanks.  The awesome replacement recipes I have found on here (the chocolate candies, YUM) and cookies really help.  Haven't tried the brownies yet but that is coming up and the peanut butter cup mousse sounds yummy too.........
