Is there a "low carb" birthday cake available from a store?

Hey Sherry and Doug!  What would you recommend for a good low carb birthday cake that can be bought at a store?  I want to make a "healthy" choice this year.  (I guess the BEST choice would be NO CAKE !)
We celebrate birthdays at work and I need some good advice.

Hey Diane,  Thanks for your input.  I will check it out soon.  I have an August birthday and looking forward to seeing where I am on the FTS program by then and really want to make smart choices.  Hope you have a great day!  Hope it is "cooler" in your town than it is in SC !!!

   Since FTS eating plan is a lifestyle change rather than a diet it's always good to find replacements for the high carb foods we used to eat.
   As far as the weather here... 100° or higher is expected all week.  Not bad though for the area... most years it is much hotter!  110° to 115° for long stretches of time are common.  This has been a very mild summer for us this year!
   If you try that cake post your rating of it, okay?

Hey Diane,  I am not a great cook, but if I get this recipe prepared, then I will let you know about it.  I don't know if you have tried the GG Bran Crispbread (like a large, brown cracker), but I hope to post a Philadelphia cream cheese spread for it today.  Take care and stay cool.  We are only in the 90's+ in SC !!!

For special occassions doug and i make ice cream cakes.How big does it need to be?

The cake needs to serve 6-8 people.  I have already passed up several servings of birthday cakes and treat myself to a chocolate tastykake (2 carbs.) when others are eating the "real" birthday cake.  I want  something good for my August 14th birthday.  Thanks for your input!  Have a great day!

My dad and my husband share July 20th as their birthday. We are in Florida again for our church's mission trip this week. I made them a SF keylime cheesecake for their birthday. They loved it!
