You know cyndi i made this so she could share it with her friends that eat sugar.she wanted a traditional cake. The frosting was really thick like store bought cake.I like a airy frosting. So i would take one box of cream cheese and mix it with 4 ounces sour cream(w)hich reduces the carbs by 4.if you need to thicken it add more cream cheese. Its a great cake!i just put up the carb count for the frozen peanut butter pie, prepare to get happy!

Triple Chocolate Cake for Susie!

OK Susie, Umpa has done it! She has come up with an absolutely delicious sugar free fudgey chocolate cake with creamy chocolate frosting sprinkled with homemade chocolate morsels  ;D ;D ;D IT IS SOOOOOO GOOD!!! Here are the pictures, she'll post the recipe as soon as she can! In the meantime get your mouth watering!  ;)

Chocolate birthday cake for SouthCarolina Lady  3.38 carbs per serving?

Doug or Umpa,

Hummmm... 3.38 carbs per serving.
How many slices are made from this cake that have that carb count?
What you do today is what matters!

Its a large cake 16-20 slices.South Carolina lady wanted a birthday cake that was like the store bought cakes with the thick spun sugar frosting. Most of the carbs are in the frosting. It was a birthday request ;)
I would have made the frosting alot thinner for a everyday cake, which would have just about cut the carbs in half. For me it was too thick, but grandson loved it! ;)

I find it at a local bulk food store (Bulk Barn).
