Shirataki Noodles
« on: July 16, 2010, 11:01:59 AM »
I go googled zero carb noodles and read the reviews.  Is this the same product Doug suggests using?  The reviews were not very good.  Makes me reluctant to try them.  What does Doug do to make them palatable? Input form all members encouraged... I want to know what they are really like B4 buying! Thanks.

Doug has all kinds of recipes for the noodles. I get the miracle noodles and make mac and cheese with them!

Don't believe "them" let your FTS family guide you. The noodles are a little different from regular cow food pasta but a really great replacement. Follow my recipes and enjoy!

As mentioned above, RINSE, RINSE, RINSE and DRY, DRY, DRY.  I put mine in a tea towel and twist until no more liquid comes out.  They really are good, my husband even likes them.

I have to chime in here cause this is my one of my many favorites Alfredo pasta with no carbs. Where I live there are a lot of Asian markets and they have other brands of tofu noodles. Yum! Mac and Cheese!
