i just had a handful of almonds..... and it tasted like 2 double cheeseburgers,LARGE FRIES, & a big fat vanilla shake from mickey d's.......ofcourse thats not true:( but in this time of weakness thats what i am telling myself>>>>>>>>>> i just conquered sugar..KMA you DEMON.......i will not fall into your trap & tomorrow i WILL be a HAPPY soul for not letting you back into my life!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try these my friend...they are sooooo good. Have to be careful on serving size though, they taste so great they go down fast  :D

They have single serving size.  I think I found them at Target.  More expensive but keeps you honest!

I have never seen these before they look good. Stop at Target today on my way home. I have to be carefull I have a almond problem. I love almond butter and anything made with almonds.

They are $ 9.99 at sams club for the giant jar.Worth the membership fee!They are $25 a jar at amazon for the giant jar. You could always split the membership fee with a friend or neighbor.Its $40 a year.
