Chili

I received my black soy beans yesterday by UPS so I make some Chili last night for dinner. Yum! I cooked ground beef (1 lb.) Added on can of the black soy beans, 1 cup of Pace Salsa, minced garlic, and 1/2 cup low carb marinara sauce ( mixed with about 1/4 cup of water to get all the good stuff out of the jar).  Calculated everything and divided by four servings... equaled slightly less than 6 carbs per serving. Not bad for just throwing stuff together I had in my fridge!  Will probably taste even better tonight as the beans have had time to absorb some flavors.
