Pleased to e-mail you Mr. Doug Varrieur.
After reading the column that Cary wrote in the in the Edmonton Sun paper on Mon July/28/2010 I knew I am going through what you did. I have type 2 diabetes my cholesterol is under control with pills and blood pressure using pills for that to. The problem is that I am a truck driver and eating healthy on the road is tough, I am the same age as you so that IS why I was thinking if you could do it so can I. I am willing to try anything to beat this. Doug if I don't win this book of yours please steer me in the right direction of where I could purchase it.
