Duplicate E mails from forum

Hi All, if you sometimes get two of the same e mail from the forum it's not your settings or your fault ...it's mine. Sometimes when I send out a notice the server will give me a "timed out" message, not being sure if the mail went out I click send again. This will cause some people to get two of the same e mail. My apologies!
