Ok I figure if I post what Im eating for a few days maybe you can help me get back on track!
This morning for breakfast I had

Sugar Free Jello
4 strips microwave bacon.

For lunch I had 2 pieces of spinach bread (umpa's recipe) minus the spinach and garlic for lunch.

Supper was a cheeseburger and half cup of zucchini and 3 pieces russell stover toffee candy w00t!

Snack was 1/3 cup 0 carb crab meat and those almond things Doug recommended.
Currently I have spent 12.5 carbs to my count.

breakfast....lunch.....dinner.....supper....snack....are you done yet??? come on beebs i know that dinner and supper are the same meal....dont forget Doug says avoid the fixed eating thing:) only eat when you are hungry.....i WANT you to succeed & be a HAPPY camper...were you really hungry 5 times today??????? if you were great,if not back off Yosemite SAM:)....beebs i am not trying to be harsh,just trying to help you reach your goals to find yourself & be happy...i read this post 3 times ,changed it twice,i believe you can succeed,and want to see you do that....sincerely i do:)

i showed doug your post and he said you are not eating enough protein. Backoff the breads and cakes and start eating more meats and greens. ;)
