can't find the posting for the recipe of Katary's nogurt
« on: July 31, 2010, 09:32:15 AM »
HELP! I was trying to send the recipe for Katary's nogurt to my mother-in-law, and I thought I had it in a file on my desktop (with a bunch of other FTS recipes), but it's not there. Now I can't seem to find it on here either.

Thanks, everyone. I googled it and saw that it was a product and wondered about that!

Does any store sell the Waldens Farm jelly?  Thanks for your help!  Make it a great day!

I'm pretty sure Publix sells walden Farms products but to be honest we don't knock our heads out searching we just order from the web.

I'll check with Publix.  But I agree with Beebs too.  Sometimes we find other "low carb treasures" when we are searching in the stores.  Make it a great day!

Hi everyone,

By jelly, do you mean jam?
I'm still getting used to the North American speak.....lol

If its Jam, can you just use any type of low sugar jam ?  OR jelly....as y'all say!  LOL If you could hear this Aussie actually trying to say y'all you would all be laughing your heads off.

Jam has fruit in it. Jelly is just this jiggly stuff with fruit taste but no fruit!  ;D
