baked beans??

Do you have a good baked bean recipe?  I tried to find one in Doug's book but didn't see one.  I remember someone on the forum asking about black soy beans being used for baked beans... is that the best?  What other ingredients?  Can your recipe be eaten cold at picnics? Thanks!

I would put bacon in them and sugar free waldens BBQ sauce a little xylitol?
