Hey umpa! I have been craving Lees Famous Recipe chicken livers. can you help me out?

Yep! Take chicken livers and dip in egg and then in soy flour/porkrind mix and fry!I like mine with ketchup cold out of fridge!

where do you get chicken livers? Do you have to go to a farm or something?

Meat section of grocery store.Very cheap.Make sure you get chicken livers.

Yep chicken livers are small and crispy.Cow liver is large and cooked in grease with onions.

Most grocery stores do, in the meat section.
At least in Canada they do....

OK Beebs, Chicky Livers it is.....

#1- go to the grocery store and ask the meat man where the Chicken livers are
#2- Take them out of the package and give them a quick cold water rinse
#3- coat them well in ground pork rinds
#4- pan fry them over medium heat in olive oil
#5- salt and pepper them and eat them with sugar free ketchup
