Help!! I've fallen and I can't get up!

I am having a GREAT FTS day!
I took Doug's advice and got up a little earlier than I normally do...
I got a fresh green pepper from my garden, an onion and I browned them in Pam and a little butter.
Added 2 whipped eggs and grated fresh cheese over the top.  It was Divine!!

I was full until about 2pm when I had an all beef dog (no bun) while shopping at Sams Club and
a few almonds for a snack. I am now planning my dinner.

Thanks to ALL of you for the nice comments!  One of the things I quit doing too was to log on everyday and read the Forum...I am back at it today!

Sandy, I am only new to this, but if all this love and encouragement found in the forum doesn't give you the strength to get back up on that horse again, I'm not sure what will! 
I am amazed on a daily basis how wonderful the people in the forum are, and that's because they KNOW exactly how we feel.  Its just so great to have that on-to-one that you do not have with any other "program" I have ever encountered.
I am just starting out, and yep, there are times where I'm struggling to work out what's what, but I'm sticking at it.

You can do it Sandy, we are here to encourage you all the way and God knows we all need encouragement.

I feel like Im going through withdrawals...my tummy hurts 
but I had a great FTS day...
I just have to be prepared with snacks etc!  I know what to do...
I do not know what triggered me to go off program...

Well Im back on and will stick with it!  I DO appreciate all the kind words and support!
I think I will go to the grocery store and look for an 11 lb turkey and carry in all around the
store, my 5 girls will LOVE it

Sandy, I am soooooooo happy for you that you are back on the program.  Planning and being prepared when temptations come along will get you through "the moment".

We actually cooked a turkey breast in the crockpot this past weekend and it was delicioius -- on low for about 8 hours -- very moist and great -- even the leftovers were moist -- only sprinkled some seasoning on it similar to Mrs. Dash.
