Tomorrow morning, on Good Morning America, they will have a segment about weight loss. Drew Carey and other celebrities/actors will be sharing how they lost their weight. I wonder if Drew will mention Fat to Skinny!

I read the article about his weight loss and his described methods mirrored FTS, so yes he was/is on a very low carb low sugar plan. Not sure if he learned about it from FTS though...maybe, there's allot of FTS books out there  :)  Congrats Drew!
