Hey Doreen I think 2 cans makes like 9-10 depending how big you make them . Cause when you put them in the pan you kinda flatten them out yu dont want them thick . Sometimes I just use 1 can of tuna & 1 egg  plus the cheese of course if it is just for you you could do that .

made these for lunch today and they were really tasty - it was quick to whip up for lunch my only mistake almost was not waiting til they were browned enuff to turn so they were kind of sticking to the pan a bit

Fresh chicken shredded or canned?  Yuk, I've never even heard of canned chicken!

You can use can chicken but i dont like it I have used real chicken and shred it good chop up like tuna . Do you not like tuna ?
 The tuna patties were better to me then the chicken just saying
