Anyone try these with lump crab meat??

Hi again Beth! :)

This works with canned tuna, salmon, clams, crab, and lobster.

Just be sure whichever you chose, to drain well BEFORE mixing in other ingredients.
Otherwise, you may end up with a mushy mess. :-\

Yes I've made them with lump crab and they turned out great!

It depends on your ingredients if they are 0 carbs.  Eggs have carbs (.6 for large or 1 for x-large) unless you buy the Omega 3 eggs.  Also check your parmesan cheese some containers say they have carbs and some don't.  It is best to learn how to do your own carb count for every recipe because not everyone uses the same brand name of ingredients and they are all different.

Just wanted to share that I made these for dinner.  Awesome.. I loved them I made Tuna for Hubby and Chicken for myself.  A must try!
