founditatlast you sound like me it is when the
weight loss stalls that is my critical point ,instead of giving up & just saying I am just going to be fat we should just hold on . We all want instant
weight loss thats just not going to happen . We got to keep saying even if we lose 5 lbs a month in 10 months we will be 50 lbs smaller . If we stop we will be 50 pounds bigger .
I think Dougs book has made me see the light ,I will eat this way wether I lose or not because I feel better ,but I know the weight will come off maybe slower then I want it to . I also have a long way to go I did not but everything I want to lose 76 lbs was enough for me to admit to even on my ticker . I get on the scale iin the morning for my first
weight loss ,so wish me luck . I have done very good so I hope I am not diappointed , my body is like yours it has been on so many diets it thinks here she goes again !
