Hi you guys I am sorry for the delayed reply.  The Texas toasters
I purchased are onion dill,  Dixie Diner makes them and you can
have 6 good size bread chips for 1 net carb.  And they are legal.
hurray.
I like them plain but will be great around the holidays with dips.

With the Healthy express, I am reading 13 grams of carbs per slice or am I wrong?

Aly you have to subtract the fiber from the total carbs (and sugar alcohols NOT SUGAR) if there are any.  Therefore this states its 1 net carb, but I don't think Umpa was convinced!

Doug sent you a post about it- I read it earlier.
Check the "show new replies to your posts" link.  I know he explained it all to you.

The ingredient list will tell all.If in the first three ingredients there is oat bran or wheat flour its not zero carb ;) Once I bring the nutritional label mistakes up to these companies they won't take my calls anymore.Even though I tell them i don't think they are dishonest, but we work with alot of type 1 diabetics and the carb counts have to be correct.

Thank you Aly.We have alot of type one diabetics on the forum so it is very important they have exact carb counts so they can adjust their insulin.
