Um (insert blushing face here), I like to talk and this has become my absolute obsession!
Beebs likes to tell people to pick up a turkey equivalent to the weight you have lost and carry that around the grocery store (obviously a frozen one)...lol it became a real joke in past posts.

Same kind of concept.
I've seen it on tv before (at home in Australia, where I'm originally from) and they used bags of oranges for a Jenny Craig commercial.
