Crongats  Toddy44 ! When did you start ? I am trying to just weigh once a week . It is hard for me to stay off the scale but if it shows that I didn't lose it is just better that I dint get on it . I am a little nutty with the scale . LOL Do you feel better today ?

I didn't have any sugar withdrawal.... Don't know why  I actually started feeling a little bit sick around the fourth week... but sugar should have been completely out of my system by then. So don't know what that was. -28.2# so far... seems slow but in reality it's averaging about 4 lbs. per week... can't get upset with that!

Congrats foundatlast on 28 lbs is great I know you feel better . I think the last bit of sugar is coming out of me now. Yesterday I felt tired ,& just didnt feel good ,I feel a little better today . It could be the heat wave in alabama heat was 100 felt like 108 .

Hi Linda, some of what you experienced could have come from sugar withdrawals however the introduction of a fever into the mix leads me to believe that you picked up some kind of 48 hour bug. Jo....go jump in Lake Martin and cool off

My son went swimming the other day he said it felt like hot bath water  ,they just said next thursday it will be a cool 89  .
