THESE FRENCH TOAST PANCAKES ARE AMAZING!!! I am in LOVE! I am a sucker for french toast, and omigoodness! We had them for dinner the other night, even my son and my brother loved them "Mom! These are amazing!" (son)
Always pleasantly surprised when I try a new recipe, and I am trying so hard to do this right...I can't wait to try the flax-seed ones now! :)

I'm doing great.  Tomorrow is my one year FTS anniversary and looking back over the year is quite an experience.  I'm actually wearing khakis and a blouse without a jacket or sweater to tent over the bumps.  No bumps!  (Well, bumps in the right places is what I really mean.)

I can't thank you enough!

I do feel great physically but I think that there's a level of self-confidence that comes with knowing you don't need to overcome your weight in your dealings with people.  We're gong to my husband's 40th high school reunion this weekend and no one is going to wonder why he's with me.

:D :D :D You crack me up! When I met Doug I was at my biggest(I stopped weighing myself at 225 because i was more than a number!Dumb) I said to him"Doesn't my weight bother you?"He said "Weight is adjustable,If it bothers you lose it.i love you for who you are." So I totally understand your statement.Have a really great time with your hot self! ;)

Another quick story:  At my 20th high school reunion, I wore a really hot dress that basically didn't have a back.  I was in really good shape despite having 5 kids at home.  In conversation about choosing our outfits, I said that I wanted mine to say "eat your heart out."  I'd been one of the "smart" girls and didn't date much in high school.  During dinner, one of our classmates who had been really, really awkward and gawky in high school but who had, shall we say, matured very nicely, leaned over and whispered "it worked."

That's what I mean by having confidence in dealing with other people when you know they aren't judging you on your weight.

The dress was very 1990 and I kept it for about 10 years then it went out.

There's another benefit of the FTS lifestyle... Greatly improved self-confidence!

I'm sure some of us here were always "special people" from our youths with little to no self-confidence.
When we experience it, it's effect is like a drug high, but totally safe and healthy.

Self-confidence opens the door to personal freedom we did not have before.
Ain't it great feeling FREE!!! ;D ;D ;D
What you do today is what matters!
