I make the OMM in a small oval dish, cut it in half and put ham and cheese on it and grill it for a Grilled Ham and Cheese. If the cheese doesn't melt, I put it in the microwave for a few seconds. What a wonderful, versatile, easy recipe!!!

Crawled out of bed and thought hot cereal and a pumpkin one-minute muffin would taste great this morning! 

I had canned pumpkin in a plastic container than I needed to use up so I decided to make extra OMM to freeze.  I added all of the ingredients and was about to mix in the Ninja when I noticed a unusual smell…

Upon examination, I discovered I had added Castleberry Hot Dog Sauce instead of the pumpkin!!  Had a good chuckle and threw out – should have added chopped hot dogs to create a chili dog OMM!!!

MORAL:  Have a cup of java before cooking… ;D ;D ;D

Too funny!!  Sounds like something I would do  ;) LOL  that is why the java always comes first in this house ;D ;D 

That chili dog OMM  sounds pretty good though, you might be on to something  ::)

OK, too funny... and yet...hmmm might have to try the hot dog OMM!!  I agree on the coffee thing with ya - work has been so hectic lately I've become a caffeine whore LOL!!  :D :D   I'm on coffee and diet Dew; when that stops working I'm gonna start mainlining it!

As I was cruising through looking for it yesterday I ran into a Banana bread post. Holy Hannah Umpa... that should be illegal! I made muffins using zero and pecan meal instead of stevia, almond, and flax. WOW. Thank you guys AGAIN for providing me with all the tools for success. Every time I find a recipe or idea that fits my "craving of the moment" I am inspired anew and so grateful! I love you guys! *grouphug*
