1 T = teaspoon or tablespoon for syrup, butter or oil??

Banana Nut Muffin

1 T butter or oil
¼ c flaxseed
1 tsp xylitol
½ - 1 tsp banana extract
½ tsp cinnamon
Handful of chopped nuts
1 T Sugar Free Torani Carmel Syrup

Blend well (I mix in the Ninja or Magic Bullet, but you can mix by hand).  Spray coffee mug lightly with Pam, pour contents into mug – microwave 50 seconds or more until muffin looks done and moist on top.  Turn out and cool.  Serve with butter or cream cheese.  Carbs = 1 (the egg)

My son & his friend made spaghetti with meat sauce & garlic bread. I made  a OMM w/garlic & cheese & put the meat sauce over spaghetti squash. I think I had the best meal. :)

Certainly better for you   ;)  Great job!!  I  bet you felt better after too  :)

I love how with FTS I never get that bloated miserable feeling after a meal anymore...full maybe but not uncomfortable.

Hi, Umpa! :)

The "glue" taste comes from wheat starch.
I remember using starch as glue in grammar school many moons ago. :D

I really like the OMM. I've been making it 1-3 times a day, various shapes & flavors. I don't do soy,  so it's nice to find bread recipes without it. Thanks for all you do!!

You can make it in silicone bakeware too. I have silicone thats shaped like bread slices and I make french toast out of the OMM recipe .Keeps me full half the day and its yummers! ;)

I got one of those bread shaped sandwich holders, mix up a OMM  and put half in each side. Cook for 1 minute. One more dish to wash, & a little more putzy to get the batter all the way to the edges  & smooth it out, but it looks more like bread & I don't have to try to slice it horizontally. Really like those OMM!!! :D

I shared one minute muffin recipe with a friend.  I absolutely love it in the morning!  So much better for you than wheat.  Thank you everyone for such great recipes.  I am going to try the French toast soon.
