I don't want to jinx myself here but it seems to me that after a week FTS is actually getting EASIER!
Does anyone else find this to be the case?
This has never ever ever happened to me with any other diet (even though this is not a diet) and believe me I have tried everything over the past 25 years.
I just came back from a BBQ and I managed quite effortlessly. Ok, I might have overdone the protein even though I stopped 3 times to assess my hunger and had a few of the salads, one strawberry for dessert and a cup of decaf with a bit of half n half.
But the potatoes, although they looked really good, I somehow didn't register them as food.
Pasta I have no interest in.
The cakes and cookies looked nice almost cute like they were props, but I filled up on protein so they didn't tempt me.
I just hope I can keep this up!
