I am suffering from absess tooth  >:( and when I can eat I have stuck to FTS.  I am in ketosis and my appetite is under control. WHAT FREEDOM! This is how I know I feel different this time, I am ready for this woe, the old me would of turned to food. Seeing a specialist regarding root canal, thank goodness for meds to keep the pain in check.  Wish me luck

I too feel WAY better than I did in my 50s or 40s.
I'm feeling like I did when I was about 30... And being 61, that's a long turn back of the clock! ;)

We are nifty and fifty....right Susie  ;) Thanks for all the birthday wishes .
I am really think this WOE is Fountian Of Youth.  Sugar makes you fat and sick. Like Doug says "meat and greens makes you lean "

Today we ate at Boston Pizza and had a cheese burger pizza with  salad . I got rid of the dough and ate the cheese and meat. It was really good and I am in large ketosis. I was not very hungry tonight so had a small salad.  Most of the time I would eat a hugh dinner whether I was hungry or not.

Today was a tough craving day.  I got thru without giving in to my sugar brain. Have to say drinking water does really work. My dental surgery went well and the pain is gone so I could get some sleep.
